  • Choose your session option and complete payment. You’ll then select a time that works for you.

    Ahead of the session, you’ll complete a short pre-session reflection form. This helps pinpoint the topic of focus so Ameera is aware and the session can move straight into what matters most.

    The session includes a 60-minute 1:1 guided clarity session in a confidential, judgement-free space.

    Afterwards, you’ll receive a short follow-up email summarising key points and next steps. This allows you to remain fully present during the session without needing to take notes.

  • Policies

    Sessions are held online and last 60 minutes.
    Payment is required in advance.
    24 hours notice is required to reschedule.
    Late cancellations are non-refundable.
    3-session bundle must be used within 6 months.
    Clarity sessions are reflective coaching support and not therapy.

  • 1. Who are these sessions for?

    These sessions are open to anyone seeking clarity and guided reflection. While much of my work supports women, men are also welcome to book.

    2. Do I need to prepare anything?

    No preparation is required. You’ll receive a short pre-session reflection form to help identify the focus of our time together.

    3. Is this therapy?

    No. These are reflective coaching sessions designed to provide clarity, perspective, and next steps.

    4. Is the session confidential?

    Yes. Sessions are held in a confidential, judgement-free space.

    5. What happens after the session?

    You’ll receive a short follow-up email summarising key points and next steps.

    6. Will the session be recorded or notes taken?

    Sessions are not recorded. Zoom AI notes may be used to assist with follow-up summaries, with your consent.
